What is the difference between what is "Streamed" vs. What is "On the air"?
Usually, there is none, except for a time delay that exists on the stream due to the way it is encoded. A
normal time delay of 90 seconds or more will always exist on the stream. This may affect you ability to enter
time-sensitive contests on the station. During certain programs we cannot stream, (VA Tech, etc.), we may
substitute music on the stream. The selections are automatically listed for playback from an audio server  
in-house. The Announcer on-duty has no control over selections played over the stream.
I listen to the stream and would like to make a request during music programming. Is there an
